Radio quit

Recently purchased 2013 fiesta se, radio worked fine then suddenly stopped working. Ford logo was on the screen but none of the buttons seemed to do anything when depressed. Checked fuse F10 and it was OK. Was wondering if I purchased a new aftermarket radio that I have seen advertised for ford fiestas if it would possibly work? Not familiar with how this system works at all. Any advice is appreciated.

Usually, it's something as simple as replacing your battery and cleaning up the grounds and the general area around the battery.
These cars are very sensitive to voltage, and they need clean grounds to work right.
