Rear View Camera, inoperable 5% of the time,

So my rear camera goes fuzzy 5% of the times I try to use it. the Second time I brought the issue to the Dealers attention, I asked if there were any service bulletins or recalls, and he showed me that there was a "Program" for the rear camera. I suppose it is a R&R as and when the issue is reported to the dealer.
