Hello I own a 1600cc Fiesta, sigma engine. Planning to tune the ecu and probably fit the sports R camshafts from KENT CAMS. Model FZVCT01.
I have kent camshaft on my 1981 Escort XR3 Track car and is awesome.
Want to hear something about the ones for the Fiesta!

Thanks!

They are a widely known brand in the U.K.
I was informed in 2012 that they would physically install on the North American version 1.6 engine.
But, they couldn't be optimized because of the locked fuel and timing map in our processor. The only thing we would get is a constant MIL.
Im not holding my breath that anything will be done about performance enhancements for this version of the 1.6. Though, It's a fuel economy champ! I have zero complaints about that.

Yeah, the ECU is locked in our versions. So if you put them in you'll need a standalone ECU, otherwise the cars just gonna throw a MIL and run like crap cause it won't know wtf is up with its timing.

hello there it should be the same tuning sofware that is used on 2011s pcm (ems2205)
Alientech and they have obd compatible protocols now days
there is a guy here that has a 2014 and they where able to tune it to 150HP, I don't know what software they used
Jackwggon 22, maybe he can give some insight , he seems extremely knowledgeable
